Installation manuelle du pilote

Remarque : Installer un pilote incorrect peut entraîner des problèmes système. Si vous ne savez pas quel pilote choisir, nous vous recommandons d’utiliser la méthode automatique.

Téléchargez le pilote via le Gestionnaire de périphériques. Comment ouvrir le Gestionnaire de périphériques :

Sous Windows 11, 10 et 8.1, cliquez avec le bouton droit sur le menu "Démarrer" et sélectionnez "Gestionnaire de périphériques".

Sous Windows 8, faites glisser vers le haut depuis le bas ou cliquez avec le bouton droit n'importe où sur le bureau, sélectionnez "Toutes les applications" -> faites glisser ou faites défiler vers la droite et choisissez "Panneau de configuration" (sous "Système Windows") -> Matériel et audio -> Gestionnaire de périphériques.

Sous Windows 7, cliquez sur "Démarrer" -> "Panneau de configuration" -> "Matériel et audio" -> "Gestionnaire de périphériques".

Comment installer les pilotes en utilisant le Gestionnaire de périphériques :

Repérez le périphérique qui pose problème, double-cliquez dessus pour ouvrir "Propriétés".

Allez dans l'onglet "Pilote".

Cliquez sur "Désinstaller" et suivez les instructions.

Pour réinstaller, insérez le disque du fabricant ou exécutez le programme d'installation téléchargé, en suivant les instructions.

Étape 5 : Confirmez la mise à jour du pilote
