Baixe o driver via Gerenciador de Dispositivos. Como abrir o Gerenciador de Dispositivos:

No Windows 11, 10 e 8.1, clique com o botão direito no menu "Iniciar" e selecione "Gerenciador de Dispositivos".

No Windows 8, deslize para cima a partir da parte inferior ou clique com o botão direito em qualquer lugar na área de trabalho, selecione "Todos os aplicativos" -> deslize ou role para a direita e escolha "Painel de Controle" (em "Sistema do Windows") -> Hardware e Som -> Gerenciador de Dispositivos.

No Windows 7, clique em "Iniciar" -> "Painel de Controle" -> "Hardware e Som" -> "Gerenciador de Dispositivos".

Como instalar drivers usando o Gerenciador de Dispositivos:

Encontre o dispositivo que está causando o problema, clique duas vezes nele para abrir "Propriedades".

Vá para a guia "Driver".

Clique em "Desinstalar" e siga as instruções.
